If you do not have personalised plates and want new ones, make a list of the combinations you want (make a lot, as you will probably find that a few of them would have already been taken) then call PPQ on 136 356, check your combinations, decide on which one you want, get them to reserve it for you (usually 3-5 day reservation) and continue filling out this on-line form. The new plates will cost you $345 each (pair) and slimline has no extra cost, regardless of getting new ones or replacing existing ones.
